For those completely new to Pilates. This is a 6 week course of Clinical Pilates run by your local osteopath, Edward Cound. 

Ideal for those with a history of back problems or who want to return to exercise after a period of inactivity.

This beginner course is a comprehensive teaching of how to move properly, how to mobilise the skeleton and re-activate / strengthen the core muscles.

Scientifically proven to reduce the incidence of lower back pain if done on a regular basis.
